Your use of and purchase of products is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may at any time make changes and any details displayed (Including prices). 
If you have previously bought from us and are looking for the same item please check with us before placing an order.

1. Engraving 
The size and layout of your engraving will be done in a way that compliments the item. This is usually not too big or small in relation to the item. However if you have specific requirements please contact us via email . In the event of an engraving typographical error on our behalf items will be replaced immediately on receipt of item. It is important to ensure engraving instructions are left accurately as any errors made on your behalf may not be replaced free of charge.

2. Payment & Prices 
The prices for the goods displayed for sale, are expressed in UK pounds For delivery to the USA and Europe delivery will be charged in addition, and any such charges will be displayed upon checkout. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. We accept payment by Paypal and and most credit/debit cards(not American Express)

3. Postage & Shipping 
We will endeavour to dispatch the goods to you within 3-5 working days , although most in stock items are packed and ready for dispatching within 48 hours. Out of stock items can take upto 18 days to process, if you need your item quicker than the standard delivery you should opt for the Bronze,Silver or Gold option. We will only contact you with a revised estimated dispatch date if the item is unavailable for delivery inside your posting option. Items are shipped by Royal Mail, within the UK. For international orders, this will be Royal Mail Airmail. For larger orders within the UK, these will be delivered be courier. Postage will be charged at cost price plus a small handling fee. Returned parcels on the free delivery will only be dispatched again once postage is paid by customer.

4. Your right to cancel your order 
You may cancel your order within 14 days after the goods are delivered to you. To do so please contact us at [email protected]. Items that have been personalised are exempt from cancellation or return.

5. Our returns and refund policy 
If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund. Items which have been engraved will be exempt from any return or refund unless faulty or damaged as outlined above. Unwanted items will need to be reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Unwanted items that have been engraved / personalised can not be returned. The Buyer agrees that the return of unwanted non personalised items are returned at their own cost and sent by recorded delivery or special delivery only. Refunds will only be given when the item or items have been returned.

6. Description of Goods 
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.On the pewter flasks some come with touch marks some dont we cannot guarantee touch marks on all the items shown.

8. Availability of Goods 
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

At The Engraver we take your privacy very seriously. That is why we never share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
